The Great Pumpkin, or not!

We got a pumpkin in advance this year.
We talked about carving it or painting it. Gabe chose carving.
We got all ready.
We took before pictures.
We cut into it...
all soup. Gabe learned that rolling the pumpkin down the driveway ruins the pumpkin for carving. Oh well. We tried.

Cam tries the trampoline

Cameron is always watching his brother. The other day we realized that he has been watching Gabe jump on the trampoline. Cameron loves it just like Gabe!

Cornhole Gabe style!

While the big boys were at the game, Gabe got his own game of cornhole started! He kept doing it over and over and over. Watch out boys, gabe is getting good!

A trip to the park.

We had a nice cool day and thought we would take the boys to the park one last time before winter. Gabe loved looking at everything, telling us all about it. Cameron enjoyed crawling in the leaves and going down the slides. He even did the big one all by himself!

Circle S Farm 2009

We returned to Circle S farms for pumpkins again this year. We met Nathan's parents, some of his cousins and his aunt and uncle there. We had a great time as usual.

Fall fun part 2

Gabe and Nathan in the straw barn. We had a hard time getting gabe to go into the barn, then we had a hard time getting him out of the barn! Go figure!
Gabe got stung by a bee the first few minutes we were at the farm, so he was not very interested in getting his picture taken.
Cameron enjoyed the slide with dad, but he could not stay in the barn too long before he started itching.

Cameron fell asleep during the wait to get onto the hayride. He did wake up while we were in the field, but luckly his dad got him a great pumpkin!

Gabe gets his pumpkin

Gabe took a long time to find the perfect pumpkin. This one too big, this one too dirty (actually, half got thrown back because they were too dirty!) He had all his family helping him pick. He was so proud of his little one on the wagon ride back to the car!

Camerons 1st Haircut

We took Cameron to get his hair cut with Gabe tonight. He did so well! Not one tear. He loved holding and dropping all the brushes and combs the hairdresser kept giving him. He still looks like our little baby though, haircut and all.
