Here we go to Phili and new york. We brought our niece Courtney with us. She was such a big help, hopefully she had fun too. Gabe loved having Courtney to bother. He was always asking wheres courtney? Poor Cameron got the short end of the travel stick. He did so well though. He was really isolated in the back seat!

Central Park

Central park has a carousel in the middle of it. Gabe was not to happy about it. Sesame Place will be fun!

A New Jersey side of things

New York before a storm!!


We stayed on the New Jersey side of the Hudson for a night and ventured over to New York, Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty. Thank you Stacy!!

Boat Ride

We took a ferry to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. Gabe enjoyed riding the boat and Cameron is just so happy go lucky he thought it was great too !!

Elmo's World

We went to Sesame Place north of Phili one evening with the boys. It was rides geared towards little kids. As we found out, there were lots of water rides and we were not prepared for that, but we did get on lots of rides and Gabe really surprised us by loving them. We went to the Elmo's world show and while we were standing in line, they asked us if we would like to have our baby (Cameron) in the show! We said yes!! We got to still in reserved seats down front and Elmo came a talked right to us. Nathan took him on stage and both him and Cameron got a hug from Elmo!! They asked "a baby" what does a fish do... and Cam waved his arms and legs right on cue!! Adorable!!

Roller Coaser Rider

Ok, this will be the biggest surprise for some to think that Gabe loves roller coasters!! Nathan showed him the roller coaster and asked Gabe if he wanted to ride it, and low and behold he said yes! Nathan took him on it and he jumped off and asked me to rid it!! This was not a little roller coaster at all, it shook me up! He wanted to ride it over and over again. On the very last time, he looked up at the camera that takes pictures while on the coaster! Priceless!!

Gabe has always been leery of those blow up jump things, but today at Sesame Place he wanted to try it out. He had a great time, and wanted to do it over and over again.

Please Touch Video Little Mozart?

The Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia has the original piano that was seen in the movie Big with Tom Hanks. Gabe like playing the piano, Nathan even got into the act!!

When we were in Phili the last time, the Please touch museum was a big hit!! So of course we had to go to the brand new one! (previously visited by Kate and the sextuplets btw). Poor Courtney was dragged to this one
